How do I report an item? Stolen image/description

I can’t find a report button and this shop has stolen not only my photo but the description word for word. They even forgot to remove my business name from the description. All of their photos are plagiarized because I recognize them from other sellers.

I just had this happen to me.  I contacted the shop and they deleted the listing before I could make the report. S

@SimpliOrganics thats good! At least they did something about it. I also messaged the shop but have had no reply.

@DoodleBirdTerrariums   This happened to me.  I asked the "lady" to remove the descriptions that had copied mine almost word for word.  She said they were her words!  I went to her shop and clicked on report this shop.  I filled out the forms and etsy legal removed her listings within a few hours, including sold ones, just in case she had ideas about relisting them.  I check back every few weeks but she has totally removed the product as well!

@JustMeToo i don’t get how people feel justified in doing that. I’m glad Etsy sided with you! So far I haven’t heard from them but it’s Sunday so hopefully tomorrow.

@DoodleBirdTerrariums   Many people have never had an original thought of their own.  They think it's perfectly okay to steal others ideas.  We see it with IP infringement all the time as well.  She brazenly told me the description which was LONG was in her own words - well not unless she's psychic or something!  Etsy removed the listings right away, as soon as they saw them.  Good luck!

All i can say is that your shop is getting a lot of business!  In some instances 20 people have your things in their cart!

@NancyMichalak   I'm sure she's doing well but carts don't indicate a lot of business.  People add things to their carts for different reasons, and seldom purchase them.

@NancyMichalak I find that items that are in a ton of carts don’t necessarily sell as often. The ones that sell don’t show up in peoples carts because they actually purchase. That’s not always the case but often it’s true.
