How do I discontinue regular (NOT Offsite) ETSY ads?

I have my marketing budget set at $1 right now, but I want to discontinue all Etsy regular ads for a little while.  I tried setting the budget to $0, but "sorry you can't do that".  I've searched the Handbook but am coming up with no answers.  Any suggestions?

How do I turn off Etsy Ads?

You can stop advertising specific listings, or turn off Etsy Ads completely.

To turn off your Etsy Ads campaign:

1. On Etsy.com, go to your Shop Manager.
2. Select Marketing.
3. Choose Etsy Ads.
4. Beneath Show more orders, choose the Pause your ads button.
5. Select Turn off ads.
