How do I delete a tracking number for an order?

I made a mistake buying a label, so I bought another one and requested a refund for the first. Now the order has two tracking numbers attached to it. I can edit the numbers but not delete. Is this going to come back to haunt me when the system realizes that one of the tracking numbers isn't going anywhere?

Tell your buyer which one is correct. Your refund will happen pretty fast. No worries.

The buyer knows the right one, and I'm not worried about the refund. I'm just concerned that Etsy will think it hasn't been shipped/delivered.

I don't think it will hurt you. I did something similar when someone bought another item after I printed a label, but before I shipped, and I combined orders.

If it's one order, the correct tracking number should show the tracking and eventually delivered ... so it should be ok.
