How do I close my shop?

I am unable to get my shop closed.  All my items have been deactivated, my account is paid in full.  I select 'Close Shop' and select a reason and then click on Close Shop.  The screen goes grey and just sits there with no activity.  I put my shop in vacation mode just to keep people from visiting it.  But I need to close this shop.

Hi, Here is the Help Article re: Closing Shop. It looks like you're doing what it says to. Are you doing it on a browser? (not the App). People were experiencing glitches yesterday, and I'm wondering if this is one as well.

Good luck! They don't help us when we are active so I doubt they help you. Sorry, we sellers get nothing much from ETsy besides high fees.
