Etsy,s case center staff , work along with the scammer and took money out of my account , $438 , after the item was delivered two weeks already , with a 5 stars positive review , and I have been using everyway to contact Etsy but seems no one cares and no one ever reply to my report , emails , and chat message .
Etsy's case center staff refunded a customer on my behalf without even looking at the case or the order , the customer already received the bracelet two weeks ago and left a very nice review . then two weeks later . she initiated the case saying the item was not received, which is a complete lie and scam ! However Etsy's staff work along with the scammer and refunded the money INSTANTLY , before I can comment in the case , and the money is out of my account. This is a complete Etsy's fault, this should never happen , the whole point of having a case center , is not being more convenient for the scammers . when they refund a $438 valuable item , they need to look at the order status first ! There are tracking info that indicates it has been delivered 2 weeks ago , there are great review in the order , no one should ever refund the money like this from any seller's pockets!
I need etsy to credit my money back , otherwise i will need to seeking social media help, also go to etsy headquarters to get this right, I live in New York , this is strong evidence that etsy's case center staff help the scammer , took money out of my kids mouth . these are the money that i suppose goes to the grocery for my kids.
This is the most evil thing i had ever experienced. whoever review the case should never refund the money when it is being delivered on time 2 weeks ago , especially with a positive, 5 stars review says it is beautiful and well made !
I am seeking help to get connected to a real person in Etsy , it seems so difficult to contact any humanbeing here, only the bots !
Did you receive a Help message about this item? She has to send a Help message before she can open a case. The case ability opens in 48 hours if the Help message is not answered.
Is it possible that this was a fraudulent use of a credit card? If the item is $250 and over then Etsy seeks recoupment. Also having a no return policy may have been the reason for saying not received. Sometimes that just backfires.
Send an email to Etsy to contest the case. Isn't there a button to tap to contest the case. Give them your phone number to call you. If you already have an email then reply back you want further help. Be persistent. Give Etsy all the information including the review and any messages.
Perhaps Etsy will give the funds back depending on what happened. Can't really say yes or no,
