Holiday mode

Hey guys I really need some help. Etsy has put my shop on holiday mode whilst they verify me/my shop. My shop has been live nearly 10 years and now closed for 3 weeks due to this verification process. I’ve not had any response on the recent uploads of ID and there is no one to contact. How can I get this resolved please?

you have set up as a business

Make sure all the business info matches everything exactly - address that is in companies house, bank account etc

Also, there is 1 shop owner, so make sure all that matches exactly - drivers licence, address etc 
If you are Susan Jane Smith in one place, you can't be Susan J Smith in another

...... and make sure the UTR, in the additional taxpayer ID has the exact name and address too

normally, it's because the bots can't match things 100%

also, make sure you just upload 1 pdf, with all the ID on it
