I am writing to request from anybody assistance in unlocking my Etsy seller accounts, which have been under review for the past five days. My two shops are called awprintstore.etsy.com and AWStudios.etsy.com two shops selling different items
My wife and son initially set up the account on my behalf so that I could sell my artwork. However, I have since taken full ownership of the account by updating various details to reflect my information. Unfortunately, on selling my first item on awprintstore my account was locked and I was asked to update my details and then they would be verified, my account remains locked.
Here are the key changes I've made to my account to ensure accuracy and compliance with Etsy's policies:
Support said in their last email to visit please go to Shop Manager > Finances > Payment settings. Here, choose "Edit" next to your bank details. Well, this option is not available because my bank details have not been verified. What am I supposed to do?
I have gone to Payment setting /billing and entered my card details and in the address tab edited the shop information
Also, I have paid the Amount that was due on August 15. I thought this was setup to be taken out automatically. My mistake I will do this when everything is sorted. In the meantime, I am stuck with no shop and nobody to help me get back online. Please help
I understand that Etsy takes security and verification seriously, and I appreciate their commitment to maintaining a safe and trusted marketplace. However, the delay in verifying my updated information is preventing me from selling my artwork, which is a significant part of my livelihood.
I tried to contact support but there is no way of doing this, every time to request to talk to someone it bounces you back to the home page.
They email me and ask me to edit parts of my account that I can't do because the option is not available.
I am passionate about sharing my art with the Etsy community and am grateful for the opportunity to do so. Your support in resolving this issue would mean a lot to me and my family.

well there's your first problem. Shops cannot be transferred.
The shop should have been setup with your details from the beginning.
The way I understand it the shop will always be your wife’s shop because she is the one that started it. Maybe keep it all in her name and put you down as working there?

I can see that you managed to get your shop reinstated. Could you please share how you were able to do that? My shop has been closed for 5 days now, and I'm unsure of what else I can do. I've already reached out to support multiple times and completed re-verification for everything possible in my account. Your experience might be very helpful. Thank you in advance.

I was in holiday mode for 5 days, I answered all the questions that they emailed me and waited. Look through your settings and make sure no messages are saying NEED ATTENTION. If not you just need to wait I'm Afraid
