Holiday mode

Please can somebody help.  I cannot put my shop into holiday mode as it always display that there is a loading error! What is the best way to deal with this as I am about to go away for a couple of weeks.?  The last time I was away I put on a shop announcement but still received orders.

You could try deactivating all your listings. However, in the last week or so there have been time lag problems with changing the status of a listing so it's probably all connected.

Try this first:

• clear cookies and cache
• use a different browser
