Holiday mode bug, again πŸ˜”

Hi team, & ModAngie if your about,

I logged into my account to find it has tripped back into the forced holiday mode, again. After finally getting access back for the last three months and finally achieving star seller status again. As you may be aware from my previous posts, it took over 4 months to get back access the first time. I can't go through that battle again. I submitted everything requested by admin. But like last time there has been no email requesting additional data and there is no submission request form appearing on my panel. I have gone though the help request channel ref #20824021. Last time it took a mod intervention to correct the error. Any support you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Update. I now have access to the account again. Thankfully only a 48 hour lock out this time.
