Hello !
Every time I attempt to input my bank information, I encounter the following error message: "Hmm. Looks like that didn't work. Try again." I want to assure you that the details entered are accurate, and I have successfully used the same bank account on three other Etsy accounts for over a year without any issues.
I have reached out to Etsy support for assistance, but unfortunately, the responses I've received so far have been generic and haven't addressed the specific problem I'm facing. The bank account provided by Etsy support is fully functional, and I am currently using it for one of my Etsy accounts without any problems.
Recently, I attempted to update my bank details to a new account, and despite submitting the necessary bank statement, it was rejected. Now, I have obtained a new bank statement, and Etsy is prompting me to re-enter my bank information. However, the glitch persists, preventing me from completing this crucial step.
I am at a loss as to how to resolve this issue and would greatly appreciate any guidance or support from the Etsy community. If anyone has experienced a similar problem or has suggestions on how to address this issue, your insights would be invaluable.
Thank you so much for your time and assistance. I am eager to continue using Etsy and appreciate the community's help in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello!
Hello Etsy Community,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to provide an update regarding the ticket I opened regarding an issue I was experiencing with submitting bank information.
I'm pleased to inform you that the problem has been resolved on my end. I recently logged into my Etsy account, re-submitted the bank information, and this time the process went through smoothly without any glitches. It seems like the issue has been resolved, and I wanted to share this positive update with the community.
I had also reached out to Etsy support earlier, but as of now, there haven't been any new developments from their end. It's unclear whether the resolution is due to their intervention or if the glitch somehow resolved itself.
Nonetheless, I appreciate the support and attention from the Etsy community and its team. If there are any further updates or actions needed from my end, please let me know. Thank you for your assistance in addressing this matter.
Thank you!
I am currently facing the same issue, as is a lot of other sellers. Has your's been resolved, as it has been a year?
I was just able to bypass this error by using my browser dev tools and fixing the request payload per the errors in the console. Unfortunately, mine error was caused by a coding error and is not something the average user should be expected to be able to navigate.
