Hit all of the Star Seller metrics but didn't get the badge

Hey there! I'm a little confused about the Star Seller badge - I checked my dashboard today (Dec 1st) and it's showing I hit all of the metrics but somehow I didn't qualify for the badge this month? How does that work?

Are you a new seller?  You cannot get a star seller badge in the first 3 months of trading.

I've been selling on this site for years and the exact same thing happened to me this month.

100% across the board and met all the criteria, yet, no Star Seller badge.

As of today September drops off and December is not yet completed.

@OmAgainVintage: You seem to be missing the messaging badge. Have you checked the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page (last review period for December Star) to see what Etsy thinks you did not answer within 24 hours?

It states that my next chance to qualify is January 1st.  So even though I've earned it, I didn't receive it.

They wait until the month AFTER to give you all the stars. I just got mine on my store page today even those I had them completed in Oct. Nov 1st came and went and than I knew I would get it Dec 1. I think they wait a month to make sure you keep it up for another month

That's not true.  You get it on the first day of the month that you earned it.  In other words, the ones we got today were for Sept. Oct. and Nov.

@TheGracefulGoose: "I checked my dashboard today (Dec 1st)  ..." The dashboard is currently showing your stats for the January star, you need to look at "last review period" to see how they calculated the December star.

Their calculations are wrong.  It went back up to 100% two days ago.  That was the latest activity in my shop but it seems they didn't update it until today, which leaves me without SS until next month.

Hello! I have the same problem... And I don't know who can fix this technical error...
