I can not respond you customers when they send me messages, any one else having this problem. How do I fix this?
By any chance, have you been messaging people who fave your items or shop? Or are people contacting you first, and you cannot respond?

You have no customers. To whom are you responding?
Ensure those 'customers' are actually real buyers and not scammers.
Buyers do not need your email address to make a purchase so if that is what they are asking for then they are scammers. Mark the message as spam.
If you can't find the rely button try reducing the scale factor of the webpage or try a different browser.
If you have the 'Bummer...' error message then your message privileges have been temporarily suspended due to sending spam. You cannot send unsolicited messages to potential buyers unless they contact you first.
