Help with payments please.

Hi I started selling in etsy 3 months ago.  I have verified my account several times but it keeps saying I need to verify the account which ibhave done many times.. please help.  What am I doing wrong. I can't get gold of my money.  I have even asked foena deposit but nothing has happned.  Any advice  welcome. .

It could also be that Etsy is holding some of your money as explained here:

If a Payment account reserve is placed on a seller’s account, a percentage of their sales is set aside on a rolling basis for a period of time.

Etsy may apply a Payment account reserve to your shop if you’re new to selling on Etsy and haven't yet established a track record on the marketplace. We may also apply a reserve if we determine there is potential risk in your transactions, based on a number of risk factors.

Thabk youbfor this advice.   I have added tracking to all my buyers as soon as sent th3m off to be posted.   It keeps saying I need to verify my account which I have done several times.

Check your email. If nothing there contact Etsy Support and tell them what is happening.

How are you being asked to verify your account?

If it's via Etsy messages then it's a scam. Genuine messages from Etsy will appear in the 'From Etsy' section of the message page as well as the main inbox. All other messages will be from buyer accounts - so If you have a 'buyer' instructing you to click on a link then it's a scammer.

If it's via email then be careful too. If you have already verified your bank account then it's probably a scam.

Etsy will however ask you to submit ID documentation for verification - you can update your details and submit government issued ID on the 'Tax and legal information' page (under Finances). 

Check your shop manager dashboard for notifications from Etsy.
