Help with payment request

Hello ,
I made my first sale but 
I apparently got a message from
 Etsy asking me to confirm my 
credit card with an amount of 
€400 which will not be taken 
from my account but only to 
confirm it, given everything 
we see on the internet I'm
 afraid to confirm this 
payment, is the procedure normal 
on etsy for New sellers???

Unfortunately, that's a scam. Put the message in your spam folder.  

The good news is you asked before losing $400 (or maybe even more) by "verifying" your card.

Its increduble in the chat it says «  support chat »!!!!

That is spam.  Mark it as spam.  You also have no orders in the shop you are in now.  Maybe you have a sale in another shop.

If you do what the spammers want you will definitely lose that money and never see it again.

It’s a scam. Mark as spam without replying.

I received a couple of those messages in another shop.  I took great pleasure in replying.  Didn't hear from them again.

@LittleRebornTresors: New shops are a prime target for scammers - particularly incomplete ones (no location, about, policies, etc).

Legitimate messages from Etsy will appear in the 'From Etsy' folder of your message inbox (click on that folder to check).

Any other messages which 'appear' to be from Etsy are scams.

Mark them as SPAM.
