Help with changing primary business owner name

Hi

This morning I was trying to update my name as the primary business owner because I realized that when I opened my shop 12 years ago it was under sole proprietorship.

I submitted the new information but for some reason my last name was "LLC" instead of my last name.

And now my name can't be verified and my shop is in vacation more.

If anyone from Etsy support please help

Individuals start shops and their names are the ones that are verified.  If you have an LLC that information goes in the tax area, no place else.  You have employees in your shop?  They need to be added to your about page.  

So you registered your business with your state and that is the information you tried at add?  So you want to change from sole to an LLC? Did you add an EIN number and what is the format you have for that EIN number?   How to Update Your Legal Name and Taxpayer Information – Etsy Help

You may need to contact Etsy directly for help in this matter.  We are only fellow sellers here.  Use Contact us.  Find a topic close.  Send an email.  If you want them to call you send in your phone number.  The first reply back will be generic.  Just reply back to it that you still need help.

I just need to change the full legal name on the primary business owner tab but the system is not letting me change it.
