Re: Help please
A legitimate order would be located on your shop dashboard under the Orders & Shipping tab. Is the order located there?

Re: Help please
You have no orders showing on your shop. It's probably a SCAM. Did you get an email from someone saying they couldn't order or pretending to be etsy? That's not how it works at all
Do not click on anything or divulge any financial information. Mark it as spam

Re: Help please
@JBWoodwork91: According to your shop home page you do not have any orders yet, so it appears that you are the victim of a scam attempt.
Real orders will show up on your Orders & Shipping page and your Payments page.
New shops are often targeted by scammers, and an incomplete one like yours (no location, about, policies) is particularly attractive to them.
There is also official information from Etsy at https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000343128-How-to-Handle-Spam-and-Suspicious-Messages?segm... and there are many threads in this forum with additional suggestions and tips.

Re: Help please
I’m so sorry but it’s a scam, you don’t have an order yet. All new shops get bombarded like this. I think this is what bothers me the most. They get the new seller excited about their first sale only to have them disappointed when they find out there isn’t one.

Re: Help please
Scammers tend to target new shops.

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
