Help needed

Dear friends.

A potential customer received  a notice from Etsy when trying to purchase one of my sculptures saying :

All payment methods for this shop are temporarily unavailable.

I emailed Etsy customer support a few days ago but I had no response.

I also see a notice :

You must have a minimum of  7.00 ₪
( Israeli currency)available to receive a deposit.

I tried to change this deposit but is impossible.

Does anyone have any clue what I have to do?

What an amazing shop!

Unfortunately, you have no payment methods in your shop.  You need to keep trying to reach Etsy Support.

What a unique shop, but I think you may have several listings with IP issues which may be causing your payment dilemmas.

Did you get a notice of ID needed?  It would be in your email.  Upload your ID.  If it passes, you need to wait for Etsy to say okay and reinstate your Etsy payments.  If it does not pass (and that can be for any reason) you may need to contact Etsy.

Did you have to verify your bank account?  If you did not do so Etsy suspends payment.

So check to see if you have an email requesting ID or you need to contact Etsy because you missed verifying bank  information.

After you sort this out add your shop policies and about page as required by Etsy.
