I have had nothing but 5 star reviews. My review average incorrectly say 4.6 and now it’s saying I am not qualified for star seller status. I confirmed every review is 5 star so why is my average calculated wrong. This is so upsetting and super frustrating.
@TheWednesdayChildUS: Click on the Reviews card on your Star Seller page and it will show you a breakdown of the reviews that Etsy is using for Star Seller. Is it possible that a buyer changed non five star review to five stars and the stats have not picked that up?
If that is the case, when will the stats be updated? I just looked and confirmed again I have all 5 star reviews for last review period of May 1-July 31, and current review period June 1-August 31.

"when will the stats be updated?" I don't think any of us have a definitive answer for you. Perhaps if one of the Etsy people who sometimes read these post knows they can provide an answer.
