I've been trying to get a hold of etsy chat for over a day with no reply. I've emailed before and got one response and then never heard back from etsy again and it's been about 5 days. The phone option doesn't work either, every time i enter my number it shows as an error. Is this happening to anyone else? I opened my shop in May and months i've had $250 sitting in my account that never gets deposited. That amount is now $350 and all they ever deposit a month is $40-$50. I did previously have a reserve on the account but that has been lifted. It seems that all they depsoit now is what i've made recently but they never deposit whats been sitting in my account for months. I was wondering if anyone has gone through something similar?
