Help all my prices were changed

I just noticed that all of my prices are wrong. Everything with price different for variation defaulted to the lowest price. I’ve lost a bunch of revenue with this and no way to contact support. Hate to deactivate my shop. It will take forever to figure out what is happening. It’s different pricing on everything! Anyone else have this and is Etsy even aware of it? Contact number?

Just realised this has happened to me. Looks like around 2 weeks ago the prices of one of my best selling items were changed without my knowledge and I am now almost £200 out of pocket, furious! Has anyone managed to get anything out of Etsy?

For those who had variation prices change to the lowest variation price - Contact Etsy through email (not chat).

Try telling them something like "During an update to either the code or the database the bit value indicating whether or not there is a price variation on my listings got reset to "off/zero". The listings defaulted to the lowest variation price. The affected listings that caused a loss in revenue were" and then go on to detail the listings numbers, the order numbers for anything that caused a loss, the date of the last sale and order number that the variation prices were correct (if applicable) and your total loss of revenue for all the orders placed without variation pricing.

You will need to correct the listings yourself at this point. Etsy had no solution to correct them for me.

If you will contact them through email, they will close your ticket right away lol!!!

I did it several times and they just keep closing my tickets... 

Its absolutely ridiculous.... how they disrespect every & each seller... unless you "shut up" and pay for ads and fees with no questions asked

They have responded to me multiple times, refunded my lost revenue, and continued to correspond with me after. I am sorry you did not have a good experience with support.

Etsy have replied claiming I've done a bulk edit (which i'm pretty sure I didn't.. and if I did it had nothing to do with pricing or variations as these haven't changed for years).. and that's resulted in my prices randomly changing on only one out of my 262 listings (the one which happens to be my best seller).. someone riddle me that!!

@Dexcy -- Etsy most likely will not do anything about the variation glitch, so it is best to do your own editing ... it may take some time to do depending upon how many listings you have with variations, but at least you will know the prices are set correctly.  

FYI ... this logo is for the US Air Force, not the US Army!

there are several threads discussing this topic, I have responded to those but thought I would share that I surprisingly I received this email yesterday afternoon from Etsy support

We recently identified an error that may have affected some of your listings with variations. This error could have caused these listings to be displayed to buyers and sold at incorrect prices.
We know this may be concerning, and we want to assure you that our team is actively working to resolve this issue and minimize any disruption to your business.

What you should do in the meantime:

- Review your listings with variations: Please take some time to carefully review all of your listings that offer variations to ensure the prices displayed to buyers are correct.
- Check your recent sales history: Look for any orders that may have been processed with incorrect pricing.

- Please feel free to reach out to our Help Center (help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) with any questions you might have.
- We will provide further updates and guidance once we’ve fixed the error.

Success! I sent a spreadsheet to Etsy with all my affected sales showing the price they were sold out and the price they were supposed to be and the total revenue I therefore lost. I also sent the links to this post and others on the forum showing that many sellers have had the issue and asked when they were going to reimburse me for the loss of revenue they had effectively defrauded from me and have just had a message back to say they are issuing me a credit for the full amount! So I'd encourage those of you affected by this to do the same

I’m more than happy to correct my listings manually; but,  when I go in to try and modify variations, I get an error message and a note to contact Etsy Support if the issue continues

This just happened to me. I didn't catch it until AFTER a sale was made, and I lost out on a bit of money as a result.
