Hi fellow sellers,
I'm reaching out for some advice and guidance from those who may have experienced similar issues with their shop accounts. My shop has been in vacation mode for weeks now, despite me sending in all the required documents to verify my business information.
The issue started about 3 weeks ago when Etsy initially suspended my account due to unverified business info. I appealed the decision and was told that it was an error on Etsy's part. The suspension was lifted, but unfortunately, this means that my shop is still stuck in vacation mode because my business information isn't verified.
I've sent multiple emails to Etsy support with attached documents issued by the government, but haven't received any further updates or action taken on their end. I'm at a loss for what to do next and was hoping someone might be able to offer some advice or guidance on how to resolve this issue.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with unverified business info? What steps did you take to resolve the problem? Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Since you have chosen to hide your shop location, it's difficult to help you.

I completely understand that you're trying to help, but unfortunately, my shop account put into vacation mode by Etsy. As a result, I'm currently unable to edit any of my shop settings, including the location.
Once I reactivate my account, I'll be able to make those changes and will definitely appreciate your help then!
