I've tried multiple times to publish new listing, but each time ended up with some kind of error notification, am I the only one facing this problem?what are the suggestions to overcome this issue?
@TheWebPlace: Based on the many threads and posts in this forum, you are not alone. Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? If via a browser, are you using the "old" or "new" listing form?
@BagmakerSupply I was using Desktop Browser, new listing form, that was creating issues while publishing. Switched to older one, now its's working fine.
Thanks
I realize you're not asking for a critique of your store, but please steer clear from the health claims, they will get your shop shut down since they are not allowed. I take it you are importing your salts to Florida? You do have one listing set up as shipping from Pakistan, that is an error?
You Gotta love Etsy, they pride themselves on being a "Tech company" but we can't seem to add more than 2 or 3 listings before getting the "Aw Snap!" " Something went wrong while displaying this webpage" message. It seems to run into this situation when we're about 75% done with the listing.
I really dread listing, it's such a cumbersome task and to have to deal with this kind of crap makes it that much more tedious.
I wish they would quit running ridiculous tests and use that time to fix things that need immediate attention. Lord knows there are plenty of issues that need to be improved.
