Help! Colorado order canceled yet still showing as outstanding due to 29 cent retail delivery fee

I canceled an order for a customer today in Colorado per her request but the order is still showing as an open order with a .29 cent balance. I have no way to refund the 29 cent "retail delivery fee" on my end. How is this being handled? It is still showing as an open order with a ship date of the 16th so if this is not cleared out by the 16th it will look as if I am late on this order when in fact I canceled it.

You have to contact customer service.

You might can move the ship date up just in case since it's still showing an open order.

I contacted Etsy support and they took care of it right away!

Yeah, this is a recent glitch.  Contact Chat, you can refer them to the other thread, and explain to them that NO, you cannot get it to refund and have Etsy staff do it for you.  Be insistent.
