Help! Cannot post a review... even though it's time.

For some reason I cannot leave a review for an item even though it is time.  I hit the 4th star, and usually I then have to say a few words about the product, but nothing happens.  It just sits there.  And when I go back to check, the review is gone like I didn't leave one.
It's gotta be a technical glitch, right?
