Heads up for Non Existant Orders with Items Showing Sold Out

Had a customer contact me yesterday about an item that was sold out and asking if I could make another. 

The item is showing as sold out on the item page. The listings area of my shop manager shows it sold out and claims it sold yesterday. There is no order for said item. There is no cancelled order or processing order for said item. Usually if it was processing and denied or cancelled by Etsy for some reason they show it under those areas and they renew it. It was not renewed and isn't available in my shop. 

So I have no idea what's going on, but you all may want to check your listings under sold out to see if you have any that aren't showing under orders as well. 

I'm completely baffled and will contact Etsy, but in the meantime I will relist the item for the other customer and remake it for future customers or if an order magically appears.

An update -- I contacted support and it appears it was a temporary glitch. There was no order. So I'll be keeping an eye on sold item listings just to make sure it doesn't occur again.

Same here.  Items with variations were showing up as sold out.
