Having trouble with Government issued ID

I've been selling with Etsy like 3 or 4 years already, and I already had my legal information set. But I got my shop on vacation mode, I have the notification on my dashboard, because my Gmail is full and won't receive new emails, and it says "Get paid for your sales by verifying your seller info". So I dragged photos of the front and back of my ID, also a photo of my bills, and I can't sent it because it says I need to upload up to 7 business documents, but I don't have more. And reading the help article I don't figure as a business, I'm an "individual seller type", that's what it says in my info. Maybe I don't fully understand this because I'm too young or because I'm not from the US. And I'm so worried cause I'm gonna lose a sale, actually I don't how someone ordered if it's on vacation mode lol

@phantovni: How long you have been on Etsy is immaterial - the ever changing laws will probably require more often and more in depth verifications and reverifications of shops.

This may or may not have anything to do with the "vacation mode", but do you have proper permission and licensing for any of the art work that uses someone else's name and / or image? Generally speaking, it is illegal to sell fanart without such licensing.

Have you tried combining everything into a single image to upload? There may be a problem with you uploading but can you specify what it is. And are you using an Etsy app or a browser?  However "up to 7" does not mean that you have to have that many.

This is easily fixed.  Here's one problem you can take care of right now.

Re: Having trouble with Government issued ID

First fix your email inbox so you can receive more emails. You may need to delete or archive older emails to make room for new ones.

Up to 7 documents - means that 7 is the maximum you can upload, but I have often heard here that you can only upload one file, so you may need to combine all the documents into one file before uploading. Have you tried uploading anything yet? Extra documents may be required if you are registered as a business - since you are in individual, then you 'should' only need the minimum documents.

You need to declare your other shop (name) in your profile info section. The current shop you are logged into is not on vacation.

Maybe I don't fully understand this because I'm too young or because I'm not from the US

If you are under 18, then your parent/guarian should own the shop, and it's their ID that is required, not yours

Your location says you are USA

All the documentation has to be from the country you set your shop up initially, so if you set it up as a USA shop, you need all USA ID, photo ID, tax ID (or ssn) etc
