I’ve been running a Hong Kong-based Etsy shop for over 3 years, and payouts had always worked fine. But since late April, I haven’t received a single payout.
Etsy tried to send funds to my J.P. Morgan account — nothing came through. My bank confirmed no payments were received. I then added a Bank of China (HK) account, still nothing. Now I’ve switched to HSBC (HK), and it’s been over 2 weeks with no payment.
Etsy says the money was sent and gave me a reference ID, but none of my banks can trace the funds. It’s been 4 months, and the amount is getting large. I'm really stressed and don’t know what else to do.
Has anyone in Hong Kong experienced similar issues? Any advice is appreciated!
