I'm tired, there's no other way to say it. For more than two months, I have reported a problem with order tracking several times. I have presented print screens informing what exactly does not work. I also informed that this affects the management of the store and customer service. My customers have been writing to me, that they can't see in the application where their order is. I've reported it... at least a dozen times. Finally, someone after probably the 20th time took pity on me and took it into account… and then support stopped replying.

Where is the problem?
Etsy doesn't show tracking for over 1800 of my orders. How do I check it? I click on the order number visible above the customer's name, a new tab opens with the text "select by buyer" in the place where the tracking numer should be located. Orders delivered are still hanging in ‘ in transit tab’ and I am not able to manage the store because everything in the sorting is mixed up. I can't see the tracking numbers although they were added manually... It's a real drama! And support keeps ignoring me. 6 days ago I have sent them the list of over 200 order numbers out of 1800, which are displayed incorrectly. Has anyone done anything? Absolutely not!
I consider Etsy support to be the absolute least professional I've ever dealt with. What's more! Not tracking directly affects conversions. How does the system behave when it sees 1800 undelivered orders? It just doesn't show the store. And thanks to the fact that support ignores me, I see huge drops in sales. So thank you very much for destroying my store, depriving me of my livelihood.

I only ship products with major courier companies that have correct tracking. It's Etsy that's having trouble updating, and the staff don't care about such a small shop with 9,000 orders...

So, if your store has some issues and you have noticed a great drop of sales – please, check if the order numbers are displayed correctly, that might be the case.

One thing I did notice is you do not have your shop location visible. You need to have that set so you are not filtered out of searches.

The tracking thing is just another problem. Etsy doesn't recognise a lot of postal and courier services... just another way to get us to use Etsy labels if they are even available in our countries. The 'staff' ?? Etsy has outsourced the forums and seller support .. they just read from a script and then maybe supposedly pass you onto a dedicated team to investigate.

I send all products from Poland and the information is next to each product.Etsy labels are not available in Poland, but I use big companies - e.g. GLS, DHL. This cannot be explained here. Especially since it's a problem that appeared in March, earlier orders was trackable- I've been running a shop for 2 years. There was no problem until march this year.

1. You must use a carrier that "works" on Etsy.

2. Check, after marking something shipped, if you still see the correct carrier. It can jump to another one. You have 3 days to edit tracking if not.

3. Try another device, if you're on the phone..

@AnnaleasFinest thank you, but this wouldn't work.

Just as I wrote above,

1. my carriers do work on Etsy and everything was fine for over two years. 

2. I know that, this is not the case.

3. I did it, the point is that my customers from all over the world notice the same issues.
