On the Etsy buyer app, when you tap on individual listings, particularly on iPhone, there are no reviews to see, and the number of reviews that is usually right next to the star rating, is at 0. This shows up for all other listings I see on the iPhone buyer app

Does anyone else see this?

Yes I noticed that and asked about it here yesterday because that is definitely NOT NORMAL!

Yes, I’ve looked through android and regular browser, and the reviews show up, but with the iPhone buyer app, there are no reviews on the individual listings. I hope Etsy is able to fix this soon

I never seen so many glitches on Etsy like this year!

Yes, I have reported this to Etsy but no response yet. I was actually wondering what’s going on because the sales dropped overnight but this could be one reason.

Ok, Etsy responded. They are aware of the issue but they prioritize the technical issues by impact on the marketplace and they don't have a timeframe for when this issue will be resolved.

This is both sad and amateurish. The buyer experience should be absolutely impeccable and the Reviews part is critical for shoppers. Yet, they don't seem to be worried or they have even bigger technical issues to sort out before this while many sellers bash their head around thinking if they'll make it into the next month.
