Has anyone else noticed that there is a problem with Mobile and Desktop syncing the Etsy app

I made updates to my tags on the Etsy mobile app and a week later I made some changes on my desktop.  Yesterday I was making updates in the related tag routine and saw my old updates were still coded.  I decided to clear my catch on the mobile to see if that was the problem, it was because it was then synced with what I coded on my desktop. 

I'm now going to clear my cache every time I use the Etsy app.  Can Etsy make changes immediately so this doesn't happen or will I have to wait until they update their app.

There has always been an issue between a PC and the App.  The app never works well from my experience so I only use it to view my shop.  I only edit information on a PC. 

Two different products, Windows and Android so that may be why they don't sync well.

Hi, don't you think that Etsy should know that, if that is the real cause then Etsy should warn anyone that wanted to use the mobile to make changes to clear the cache after they made them.
