Bonjour, 

je viens d ouvrir ma boutique , je rencontres des problèmes face à un vendeur qui me demande après avoir effectué son achat de vérifier mes coordonnées bancaire via par mail  est ce normal ? Sa fait 2 fois que cette personne me demande ça et la première par le biais online service ! Dites moi lors d une vente comment cela se passe t il ?

This is a known scam. Do not give them your email and do not click on any links.

Many sellers are receiving similar requests and they are scams. Mark the messages as spam.

Someone asking for your email address or bank details is the latest scam that has hit many new sellers.  

I see you do have one sale.  Is the person who purchased the ring the same one asking for bank details?

Selling online you need to be more aware of tricks like this, and also laws around selling online.

You may want to do reading on scams, especially phishing, as it's the most common method of fraud

also. using trademarks by wellknown entities is illegal, such as
Yoda
Wednesday Addams,

and toys are classified as anything an under 14 might consider to be a toy, disclaimers are not legal, they have to be CE marked and tested

• Double use (the uses has to be considered, if there is a significant play value, then it could be considered a toy)

you also need 30 day return policies, gdpr, right to withdraw, your address and e-mail address in sellers details, and tick the trader box.

tags and headings need work too - you may want to ask for a shop critique

basically, your shop looks like an easy target for a scammer.
