HOLIDAY MODE

my shop has been put in vacation mode with the following message on my dashboard-

'Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info

This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you.'

 

I was put on holiday mode again. No email. No Message.

I have even uploaded the documents. 

 

I depend on this income and it is a horrible time of year when this has been happened Third time. i have verified my information and submitted the documents. I just don't know/understand what needs to be changed.
