HELP with Forced Vacation Mode

Hey Etsy Community,

After 13 years on Etsy, they put me on Vacation Mode-- without any warning. I uploaded a State ID that was missing. Now after 2 weeks, I'm still shut down. I've tried reaching out to Etsy thru customer support but no human response back, even reached out via Facebook. Anybody know a way to actually talk to someone at Etsy??? Or at least get a response??? I'm still a big fan of the Etsy marketplace in general but very frustrated at the moment.

In each of these cases I've seen there has been no contact from Etsy.

All I could recommend would be to send a message to support--you SHOULD get an auto reply that won't help--keep answering the SAME message with "I still need help". IF you open a new ticket they will close the other and you will be starting all over again.  You might also try chat if you have the chat bubble on your dashboard. However, chat is outsourced and you probably will only get a reply that they will escalate. Sorry, I do not know anything else to tey.

It's been taking about 10 business days for Etsy to look at supplied information according to others.

Is everything else present?  Tax information, Bank account information?  Do all dates and legal forms of name match?

I think you just have to sit tight and wait.  If it goes beyond 10 business days, you may want ot contact Etsy.

Forced Vacation Help

Hey Etsy Sellers, 

Anybody else have a forced vacation for their shop for FOUR weeks? That's me. I think it's from a Business ID Verification updated needed which I submitted right after my shop was put on Vacation Mode by Esty without any warning to me. 

How do you get a reply or get hold of someone to talk to at Etsy? 

Simply got a reply after numberous messages from Etsy customer service saying saying sometimes it take a little longer -- and that was two weeks ago.  That's it. 

13 Year Etsy Seller, 5 Star Rated, 50K Sales, Star Seller, Top 1% Seller, and still No Respect, 

Very Frustrated, Seems like Etsy preaches Great Customer Service, but does not give it to their sellers, 

Any Suggestions would be appreciated,
