HELP, after main language change everything (tittle, description, tags, subdivision...) is gone!

HELP, the main language of my shop was French and I wanted to change it to English. After chatting with an Etsy employee, they said I had to translate everything into English first. I spent two weeks doing this manually. Yesterday, I chatted again with someone from Etsy who changed my main language to English, and now all I see are empty fields in my items. Everything has disappeared (except for the general personal info, photos, and price).
I contacted the employee about this, but they kept me repeating te same thing for an hour (clearing cookies, trying on all devices, turning off the devices...), only to ultimately say that nothing could be done. Can someone please help me? I am on my laptop now and all my item fields are empty.

You need to contact Support again, but by email this time.  Explain that your listings were affected by whatever the person on Chat changed in your shop.   When they changed the language, they had to have done something else that screwed things up.

Thanks may be everything looks normal but when i go to 'modifications' everything is empty.

@BohoVVibe I viewed your shop and 2 listings.  Your titles are gone from both places and there are no descriptions other than the Highlight details (made by, materials, style, etc.).

So i just renewed my listings, did all the translation work and now they leave me without a solution, who i have to turn to please?
