[HELP]Verify Bank Account

After creating account i put input my bank details to verify my bank account

after a few days i got 1 order and i received an email from Etsy that i need to verify my bank account, so i upload my passport again and after a few minutes Etsy sent me an email that during Etsy Payment signup and the passport that i sent is my birth date is not match, now i don't know what do, please help me

I'm having the exact same issue and have been waiting for Etsy to respond for a couple of days.

In the begging the responded with a generic email saying that I should upload matching documents - I'm still waiting for 2 days after sending my last email to the support.

The OP didn't make it.  It is mass produced and available on other large selling sites.
