I understand if my plants were live and there are horticultural issues, but my plants are fake. Chat-help said they referred me for further help, but that was weeks ago. I have 7 listings with regionals holds. Help Etsy!
You mean you mailed them and the post office is holding them? Not exactly sure what a "regional hold" is.

Your issue is probably because Etsy uses bots to deactivate listings &/or judge whether the listing should have limitations based on the potential buyer's location. There may be certain words you have used in your titles, tags, descriptions that have caught the bots' attention.
While the bots patrol for certain words, they do not take context into consideration. I doubt they know what "faux" means.
It has been mentioned that the bots use photo recognition. So realistic looking items can fall prey to the bots.
At this point, I'd suggest you send Etsy a help request via email. Explain the situation. Then, patiently wait for a reply. If all you receive is a generic response from Etsy, reply to that email, that your issue is not resolved. Do not open a new help request. That will only put you to the end of the line all over again.
