I have already sent all the documents several times and I have not received a response. I need to know what to do to have the vacation mode removed and to be able to sell again. I feel that it is discrimination.

Check and make sure all your tax ID info is correct or updated, if you were prompted to update and didn’t yet they will vacation you until you do. You might need to log on from a desk top or a laptop to see the update prompts.
