HELP - ID verification issues
Please can someone help. I’ve been having problems since October 18th. I was asked to submit my ID for verification. By mistake I submitted my mums ID, as we both have involvement in the shop and assumed my ID (as shop owner) was on file already. I submitted the relevant tax number/information at the same time. I was told I couldn’t transfer my account, I explained I didn’t wish to do that and that it was an error. I subsequently added my mum as a shop member. Since this process started they put my funds on hold. As a result of this I decided to put my shop on holiday mode, I couldn’t keep accepting orders if I wasn’t able to access my funds. I have tried daily to resolve this problem and get my shop back open. However, the live chat just told me to wait, replying to trust and safety team emails never get answered, raising queries with Etsy support go unanswered and live chat don’t even respond anymore! I’ve been running my shop for 3 years now and have made 3000+ sales with 500+ 5* reviews. This is all so stressful and upsetting. How do I get help in sorting this.
Any advise would be great or a referral to a specialist team.

is it your name in the legal and tax information,
and your UTR in the additional taxpayer ID field
