HELP Customers orders not showing

Can someone please help, as I can’t seem to find help from Etsy, I heard a kerching on my phone, when I looked to see what I sold there was nothing showing I had sold anything, the next day a customer was raving on instagram about a belt she bought off me and how she couldn’t wait to receive it, again nothing is showing, when I told her that it’s not showing up as sold, she sent the receipt with the order number, there’s not even anything showing it’s pending, I’m wondering if I have any technical problems

Here is another Thread from June, which is kind of similar to yours.  Others have added to it recently.  I wonder if it's an app issue.

Things have been....strange lately (I use a laptop). I got a sale notification on my dashboard, but no sale showed in my listings. About 10 minutes later, it appeared. Same with a couple of reviews. 

Since your buyer sent the order receipt, did you try to search for it? Do you still have the same number of items listed as "active"? Sometimes, a sale appears to go through but then doesn't. I suspect an order receipt could be generated even though the sale did not complete.

Open a ticket (just one) with Etsy and ask about it. Reply to any email response Etsy generates and tell them you still need help.

There have been other threads recently about this, so I'm inclined to think it's a malfunction with the app. I don't use it, so I wouldn't know this — has it been updated recently?

I would not take sound cues from the app as authoritative. Order information in your shop dashboard; money in your Etsy account; email notifications. I would take those as authoritative.

I have an order in the queue, I can see it in the app but if I click on it gives me an error. Still shows I have one and today it's overdue..... so much for being 100% on shipping I hope etsy figures this out its frustrating.

I just found a stray order from the weekend that does not show up on my desktop, but is showing on the phone app. Clicking on the order gives an error message. Which means I cannot print an invoice, cancel or refund this order if I needed to. I have pirateship linked to my Etsy shop so I was able to at least create a shipping label for the order. I checked my finances and the payment does show up there.
This is an error that needs to be fixed PRONTO.

I am having the same issue in contacted support and they told me to do all the things I’ve already tried but provided no other help. The order is showing in my app but it says error when I click on it and it’s not showing on my desktop at all. When I go to the dashboard it says I have an order due to ship tomorrow but it’s the one I can’t see. I am going to be bummed if this affects my shipping rating. Did you ever figure yours out??
