Got an email about an order but it's not showing on etsy

I got a notification that I got an order, it has all the info like my other orders including the personalization info. The order also shows up on my Printify account. However, I don't see this order on my Etsy's Orders & Shipping page. I've goggled for possible reasons or ways to fix in case it's a weird syncing problem. Orders from the same day before and after this particular order appears on Etsy and Printify just fine.

Anyone have any idea of why just this order is not showing on Etsy.

Hi, Do you have anything that tells you the Order is processing? I'm not familiar with Printify and syncing. But I would say you don't have an Order until it shows up in Orders and Shipping. Hope this helps.

@TwinkleGiggles: Have you checked your Payments page? And the 'completed' tab of your Orders And Shipping page in case Etsy cancelled it?

I would cancel the Printify order before it processes. If you don't have the funds in your Etsy account, you haven't got the payment so there is no order. Etsy's fraud system may have cancelled the order.

Oh, it finally showed up, after restarting my laptop and multiple refreshes of the Orders page.
