Google reviews totally wrong

So today I did a google search for my shop and although the search page bought up my etsy store first I was surprised to see only 4.0 star rating.

But here's the kicker...It had 4.0 stars with only 47 reviews....Click on the review link and the reviews have totally nothing art all to do with my shop. 

How can this happen, I currently have over 340 reviews with 4.5 stars plus.

So disappointing.. Etsy support say theres nothing they can do and its a google problem. But I believe etsy should be on top of this.

If anyone would care to help out and do a google search for planet opal and see if they get the same result (only 47 feedback) I would be most grateful.

Etsy search is down to etsy, if you think something is wrong with Etsy search, then contact Etsy

google search is down to google, if you think there is something wrong with google search, contact google.

Etsy can't fix google, and google can't fix etsy

google will just show the last thing it cached, I see 4.3 stars and 155 reviews, I'll be seeing a UK cache ... it does take me to your etsy shop

4.6 536 is what I see come up with the advertising . When I click on the store I see 4.7 345.

I am seeing 4.6 stars as well. You could possibly contact google and ask them to update. Their algorithm sometimes takes a while to update on their own.

Yeah apparently I have to ask for a refresh of the search results...The annoying thing is when I click on the review number It takes me to a generic etsy rating and nothing to do with my store.
