Chrome & Etsy have not been playing well together lately, especially with the new Win11 ... it has been advised to use a different browser (Edge, Safari, etc.) until the issue can be resolved. I have found resetting Chrome to all defaults and removing all browser extensions has remedied any difficulties I was previously experiencing between Chrome & Etsy. Maybe it will work for you too?
