There is a problem with the message response rate score. I was contacted by a customer who "reached out" but then subsequently sent me another message a few hours later. This showed in my inbox as 2 separate messages. I replied to one message as they were about the same issues of Royal Mail not delivering their package. However, this has now been listed as a message i have not responded to and pulled my message response score down to 83%. I have reached out to customer service who have not been able to help and have played it down as "nothing". It may be "nothing" to them, however, in all honesty, I have worked my butt off in between university to meet targets and I am fuming!
As a student I had auto reply on... but low and behold that has also switched itself off!
I am super frustrated, especially when I work hard on this project and don't get much of a return!
The auto reply if using the set up for more than 5 days requires you to input a time range when you are open.
If using the other 5 days is the limit. You need to redo each week to keep it active.
Answering messages, the one you stated is not a glitch. The guidelines indciate that all new messages must be answered. Either by replying or spamming within 24 hours. If you have not read the guidelines on the program, it is helpful.
Not a glitch. Etsy says all first messages. You did not reply to a first message. Doesn't matter if it is blank, the person says never mind, it's a duplicate, it's your best friend giving you the business, your grannies' cat, etc. Etsy doesn't look at the content. The bot sees message and looks for a reply.
