The reviews where customers write text commenting about the product aren't showing up at all on my Etsy shop, just the ones where they just leave a star rating without text. Does anyone know why this is happening?
I just checked your reviews on mobile, and there are a lot without comment, scrolling through, I see some with comments too.
Reviews left from a mobile device do not require words.
Reviews left from a PC require 5 words.
Sounds like a lot of your reviews are coming from mobile devices.
I get the notifications of new reviews on my shop manager but those don't show up at all on my etsy store front. I am not sure why that is
