Gift Receipt Issues

When I print a gift receipt, the gift note that the buyer entered is not included even though I checked the box to include it. It is also putting the buyers name in the space that I assume is for the recipients name. Additionally it is very annoying that it says the gift is "from Etsy" and not from the person who purchased it. I get that they want people to know it was PURCHASED on Etsy, but the way they have it written on the receipt is grammatically incorrect. Why can't Etsy get this right?!?!?! It seems like if they want Etsy to peoples "go to" for gifts they could at the very least make an effort to get the info correct? It is very unprofessional and embarrassing to tell the customer that the gift receipt has to look like that and have incorrect info because I can't change it.

Do you have the gift wrap/message enabled?  The message is not printed on the receipt but is separate.

The gift receipt is only for an order receipt with no pricing.  Nothing else. I know what the little box says but the order receipt has always been only for no pricing and no gift message.  Maybe they changed it some time ago but I've never had anyone use it so really can't say beyond this..
