Getting first 2 orders removed from my Shipping on time Metric

 

I started a store a few months ago. I use a Print on Demand connection through Printify. I had erroneously setup my shipping rules for the first two orders, where they dispatched through printify after the window I had put in through Etsy. I noticed this and corrected it on the orders afterward (I've had 4 sales since correction). Unfortunately, because of these 2 first orders, my Shipped on Time metric is at 60%, and my Search visiblty has dropped, and therefore I'm not longer getting any sales. I'm in double jeopardy now where I can't get sales to show that my shipping has been corrected. It almost makes sense for me to just start a new store with fresh stats so I'm not being penalized. Is it possible to remove the first two orders from this metric to get my search visibility back?

Changing your processing time does not work retroactively.

No way to remove them. Either live with it, or start another shop. However, that will cost you another start up fee and you have to use another email account.

@AntiOligarchySwag: Based on what you wrote, there is nothing to be corrected. On the bright side, these 'late' orders will only affect your stats for three months or so.
