For the second day I am trying to open up Etsy Help Center and contact Etsy support about my issues. What so ever, after I write a message, I don't receive any response, not even from Etsy BOT.
I also tried to open the case, which was opened, however customer support is not responding for more than three days.
I tried different internet browsers, I deleted all the cookies, I have log in and log offed from my account multiple times. Nothing is helping. The shop and the account itself is working perfectly.
Maybe you might have some advices about what to do?

I won't help you. I reported the problem almost two weeks ago via chat. The staff wasn't able to help me (as usual), but they promised to contact me via my e-mail. This happened, but the problem is still not solved. For two weeks I received the same laconic answers, as if the person I was talking to was unable to understand what I was writing about. Each time someone with a different name replied. I had the impression that I was not talking to a human being but to a robot. I decided to write until I succeeded, but two days ago they stopped responding altogether. I'm sorry but Etsy doesn't care at all.
The funny thing is the chat is working with different account. Also the issue was resolved too, but I do not receive any response.
That is typical of Etsy Support, which is more or less not available to sellers without a lot of hassle. Keep all your emails in the same support request or they will close the initial request and treat the new email as a new problem and kick you to the back of the line to start over. Usually you will get 2 or 3 canned responses that do not address your problem before a real person will look at it.
If you can't respond to messages, you can contact your customers by email in the meantime. But only if it is related to processing an order.
Did you send any promotional messages to your customers that were not directly related to an open order? If so, Etsy considers that to be Spam and will suspend your message priveledges for about 2 weeks as a punishment.
I can contact all my customers. The only thing which seems not working is Etsy support messaging
Yesterday I received a suspicious message that I needed to verify my bank account. I wanted to talk to E t s y about this. But chat is not responding. In fact, hasn't responded for a week.
