Forum notifications missing

I don't know if I am the only one but I am not getting the orange number pop up when someone replies to a thread I have posted in, and the notification is not present when I click on the bell either. It started about 18 hours ago.
I do still seem to be getting notifications for likes but not for replies.

That happened to me yesterday --- the entire notification feed was wiped clean for most of the day.

Then finally a couple of new ones showed up, and within an hour or so all the rest did too.

Now today there is a significant delay in new notifications showing up, and no orange numbers to announce when new notifications do go through.

I get a pop up at the bottom of the screen but nothing in the notification page.

and orange numbers are very slow to populate at the top.

All my notifications have disappeared too. Along with all the most recent replies from others on a certain post. Hmm. Will this one disappear too?

Update on my post of 44 minutes ago --- all my notifications are gone, just like yesterday.

Yesterday all of my notifications were missing, and today they are not updating. Most of them say that the last post was "yesterday" which is not correct. Hope this is fixed soon.

Mine are missing again now. They were gone earlier today, came back, and are gone again.

I had 2 extra notifications this morning, and I have the list now

but going through the threads, there are quite a few I have not been notified about, which I should have been

@CraftyCornishMaids Yes, I had notifications of 2 this morning but nothing since then.  I also had a 'daily digest' email this morning which listed two different notifications which didn't appear in my feed at all.

It's becoming very obvious that every penny is being put towards increasing sales, which leaves hardly any money for fixing things; the ones that DO get fixed are things that threaten, or might threaten, sales.

Which goes back to every penny is being put towards...

The story of the snake chasing its own tail comes to mind.
