Forced vocation mode

Etsy put my over 2900 sales star seller shop on a vacation mode a week ago and no one ever contacted with me or replied my e mails. This is holiday season and ruined my sales.
All of my informations are verified. This is unacceptable that it’s been a week and no one takes an action! Please help
