Forced vacation mode

Hello, I opened my Etsy shop on 7th of February.

It was placed on vacation mode the same day by Etsy.

Do you think this might be the reason?

I tried to contact the support team but no response yet.

Do you have any idea how I can solve this issue.

"Do you think this might be the reason?"

You don't list a reason that you think may have caused the closure.

Did you not receive a notification of some sort?

Re: Forced vacation mode

New shops are sometimes put on vacation after opening due to regulations that require Etsy to verify banking information before allowing people to sell on Etsy.  Check your spam folder for any emails from Etsy, since you are new, your PC may not recognise the url as a "safe" site and you may need to confirm it  as legit for future emails.  If you have an email from Etsy there, mark it as NOT SPAM and read it carefully, Etsy may need more information, or for you to confirm existing information before they can open your shop.

Re: Forced vacation mode

Go to your Shop Manager - Finances - Payment Settings and see if there is a red banner at the top of that page asking you to verify your bank.  This is most likely the cause.
